Cobalt Employment Group supports workforce administration for affiliated businesses, coordinating employment, payroll, benefits, and HR operations with support from ADP TotalSource.
What we coordinate

Cobalt employs and administers personnel supporting affiliated businesses only. Employment, payroll, benefits, and HR are coordinated as part of that internal work.
Payroll coordination
We coordinate payroll information and administration for our affiliate workforce with support from our PEO provider.
Benefits administration
We coordinate employee benefits administration with ADP TotalSource as Cobalt’s PEO provider.
HR operations
We coordinate employee records and day-to-day HR administration across the affiliated organizations we support.

An affiliate operating model
Cobalt employs and administers personnel supporting affiliated businesses only. Our work connects employment administration with the ongoing operations of those affiliates.
Actual-cost reimbursement
Within the affiliate operating model, wages, taxes, benefits, premiums, and PEO fees are reimbursed at actual cost, with no hidden margin. Monthly invoices are due Net 30. These are internal affiliate arrangements.
Coordinated administration
ADP TotalSource is Cobalt’s PEO provider, providing PEO/co-employment support. Cobalt coordinates internal employment, payroll, benefits, and HR operations within that relationship.
Cobalt does not currently offer staffing, placement, recruitment, employer-of-record (EOR), professional employer organization (PEO), or workforce-administration services to unrelated outside clients.
